Returning Students Enrollment

Before classes start, all returning students need to complete the following to register for the next school year:

1. Enroll your child/children to next level (this year, first time, you need to do it yourself).
Go to your Customer Portal and choose level which your teacher recommended to you in your evaluation form. If you have questions or didn’t receive this form, please email BBA at info@bayerballetacademy.com

2. Read and approve current BBA Policies.
You can find this button in the Customer Portal.

3. Review and update current BBA contact information.

4. All continue students need to pay $75 registration fee before September 1st.
You can pay with your credit card online; there is no additional charge this year. This payment must be made separate from tuition payment.

It is very important to ensure that you are enrolling into the correct class. Please be careful to register your children—if you accidentally selected the wrong level, and we do not find the error fast enough, it is very possible, your child may not have a spot, classes space is limited this year.
Register Now! Tuition fees and payment plans are listed on the website. Please, note, monthly payments allowed only for pre-ballet 1–2 groups. All other students need to chose payment plan to pay for their level.

Office will be open during Master Classes Thursday and Friday (August 23–24) from 3pm–8pm, Saturday–Sunday (August 25–26 ) from 10am–4pm. Visit studio who needs help with registration.
Beginning August 27, we start registration for New Students. Please register early. Class size is limited, and we cannot guarantee that space will be available in the desired class.

Rules and Responsibilities

Enrollment
If you wish to enroll your child after the start of the semester, they may audition for the school by taking a trial
class ($20).

Mandatory attendance of classes and rehearsals
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and parents must call ahead if the child will be absent. Rehearsals are mandatory for children who expect to perform in any of our shows; two or more absences from rehearsals and the dancer may lose his or her opportunity to perform.

When to arrive and what to wear
Students should be ready to enter the studio 5 minutes before classes begin. There are dedicated changing rooms. Please do not change in the reception area. Students must be properly attired (see chart (LINK)), no jewelry may be worn and hair must be tidy. Personal belongings should be neatly stored in the dressing rooms during class. The school will maintain a "Lost and Found" but dispose of items from it monthly by donation to charity. The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Dress Code

Once you receive class placement you will be given instructions on the dress code/uniform for your child’s level. Children will wear appropriate shoes. Girls will have hair tidy in bun. No jewelry should be worn or brought to class and the school will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
